Creature Builder and Performance Improvements

1.6.8 brings in a Creature Builder for you to easily create your custom creatures, along with pre-formatted text for creature traits and actions. Performance improvements to cut down battery consumption. And finally, revisions to traits and subentry UI to work with hold and drag to rearrange instead of lock/unlock.
